Who this book is for
Make It G.R.E.A.T. is designed for young teenagers ages 12-16. Teens can enjoy tips and tricks, real-life stories, and mind-blowing facts nestled within the pages of Make It G.R.E.A.T., allowing them to transform their ideas into action without having to worry about the stress or self-doubt that naturally creeps in during the creative process.
Inside the book
Based on the G.R.E.A.T. acronym that inspires an organized way of thinking, this book takes a balanced approach to teens’ mind, body, and spirit. Make It G.R.E.A.T. goes beyond simply being productive, as the magic lies in the journey of self-discovery and learning how to find success.
Make It G.R.E.A.T. has five chapters.
CHAPTER 1 - Give it a try
Believing in yourself is key to finding success, and in the first chapter, teens will learn about the power of dreaming big. They’ll explore how gratitude, daily affirmations, and brainstorming techniques can help boost their confidence.
CHAPTER 2 - Recognize the path
Project Management tips come into play here, as teens gain a better understanding of time management, project planning, and the best methods to organize an idea. They will dive deep into the concepts of tracking systematic feedback and evaluating potential risks while learning how sleep can play an important role in the process.
CHAPTER 3 - Embrace all resources
The mind-body connection is deepened further through the discussion of nutrition and brain health and the role that self-education can play in one’s success. Teens will learn to manage and evaluate information, understand how to stay focused, and practice how to gain a deeper appreciation for other people’s opinions.
CHAPTER 4 - Act wisely
Critical thinking activities are the main focus here, with exercises that allow teens to practice speed reading, note-taking, and information recall. Emotional intelligence is also addressed, and teens have the opportunity to practice yoga or Tabata to help keep their bodies strong.
CHAPTER 5 - Take the final step!
Bringing a project to life can be a complex task, but teens will gain the confidence to present their ideas to the world. They’ll learn the importance of making mistakes and how to view missteps as learning opportunities for future growth.
BONUS NOTES PAGES
We’ve added a set of blank pages at the end of each chapter. Your teen can use this space to reflect on the phase that is ending or as a place to keep track of important information.

Wow – this is amazing! I really love the graphics and visuals. It definitely makes the entire book extremely fun and exciting to read. I love it!
The book is phenomenal – in fact, a lot of the tips and advice about envisioning your success and the law of attraction/gratitude, etc. are things we practice and are starting to put to use more and more. All of the advice given in the book is extremely helpful and informative (but also entertaining). I’m very excited for this and I know this will absolutely help teens to succeed in many aspects of their lives. Amazing job!

The book is an ambitious combination of inspiration, information, and as well as a self-training tool.
